NOTE: The blessing of the Reservoir will take place in the space at the waterside on the property of the Cock of the Walk restaurant (on the left as you face the building), not in the park where we have done it in the past.  The owners of the Cock of the Walk were kind to let us do it on their property for free. As usual, after the blessing we will have a dining room there for food and fellowship. Note: we will not have swimmers this year.

OUR ANNUAL PARISH MEETING for nomination of Parish Council members and approval of a budget will be held Sunday, January 14, after Coffee Hour.

PARENTS AND YOUTH – Look at the websites for and and consider sending your children to an Orthodox camp this summer. Our youth have benefitted greatly from this experience. Our church will help with costs if needed. These camps fill up quickly; we need to register in January to be sure of getting a place. Speak to Fr. Paul about it.

THEOPHANY HOUSE BLESSINGS: I will begin these January 7. The Diocesan Priests Conference will be held here starting February 12, and Lent begins the next week, so I will not be able to bless many houses this year. I’d like especially to do those I have not blessed before; if yours has not been blessed, please contact me soon to set a time. I will also bless them after Pascha if requested.  To learn more about house blessings and how to prepare for them, see this. — Fr. Paul
