Address is 2709 Washington St, Vicksburg.

WEDNESDAY

  • 7 p.m. Class on Orthodoxy

SATURDAY –  9:30 a.m. – – Divine Liturgy – Memorial Saturday – bring lists of your departed

TODAY during Coffee Hour let us all meet to discuss the Pastoral Conference Feb. 12-15. It appears now that more than 60 people will be coming. We need many people to help with various chores. If you did not sign up to help already, please do so.  If you have questions, ask Matthew or Ashley Prewitt or Fr. Paul. A schedule is appended below. Most of the events are open to all, including the talks by Fr. Patrick Reardon on the Psalms.

LUTHER MEADOWS, father of Father James Meadows of St. Peter Orthodox Church in Madison, fell asleep in the Lord Friday, February 2. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.  and the funeral service at 1 p.m. Monday at Parkway 1161 Highland Colony Pkwy, Ridgeland, MS 39157. May his memory be eternal.

THANKS to all who participated in our cleanup day: Robert Ainsworth, Katherine Clark, Janice Dietrich, Kitty and Randy Khalaf,  Matthew Prewitt, Jo Ann and Keira Rials, Paula Sartor, Jim Thorn, and Subdeacon John Wood. May the Lord reward you.

TATYANA RUKHLINA is not expected to live much longer. She is at UMMC and likes to have visitors. You can contribute to her expenses by donating to Holy Resurrection or St. Peter’s. You can also use the “Donate” tab on our website, www.holyres.net, and put “Tatyana” in the “Note” box.
